At Wells Marble, our attorneys successfully handle claims before the Mississippi Workers’ Compensation Commission. This includes appearances before judges at evidentiary hearings, as well as continued representation during the appeals process, if necessary.

In addition to developing close working relationships with the Commission staff, our lawyers also partner with our clients to advise and guide them through all stages of the workers’ compensation administrative proceedings. These relationships are key in effectively and efficiently handling workers’ compensation defense matters for our clients.
